Sicherheit Sicherheit Gefahren im Umgang mit diesem Elektro-Wärmetauscher Der Elektro-Wärmetauscher ist nach dem Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch können bei seiner Ver wendung Gefahren entstehen und zwar - Verletzung des Bedieners oder - Dritter bzw. - Beeinträchtigungen am Elektro-Wärmetauscher oder - Beschädigung anderer Sachwerte. -

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der Elektro-Wärmetauscher ist ausschließlich zur Erwärmung von Badewasser bei eingeschalteter Umwälz- oder Filterpumpe bestimmt. Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsge- mäß. Für hieraus entstehende Schäden haftet der Hersteller Behncke GmbH ® nicht. Eine anderweitige Verwendung ist nur nach Absprache und Genehmigung durch den Hersteller möglich. -

Sicherheit Gefahrenquellen Der Elektro-Wärmetauscher kann beschädigt werden. Bei Überschreiten des max. Betriebsüberdruck von 300 kPa (3,0 bar) kann der Elektro-Wärmetauscher undicht werden. Es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr. Die Anschlüsse und der Elektro-Wärmetauscher können Temperaturen bis 100°C erreichen. Bei nicht ausreichendem Wasserdurchfluß (< 1000 l/h) ist eine starke Überhitzung des Elektro-Wärmetauschers möglich. -

Inbetriebnahme/Wartung/Instandhaltung Inbetriebnahme Haben Sie diese Betriebsanleitung – insbesondere Kapitel 1, Sicherheit – gelesen und verstanden? Sie dürfen den Elektro-Wärmetauscher vorher nicht in Betrieb neh- men! • Stellen Sie am Thermostat die gewünschte Badewasser-Temperatur ein. So lange die eingestellte Temperatur nicht erreicht ist, beheizt der Elektro-Wärme- tauscher das Badewasser. Der Elektro-Wärmetauscher kann beschädigt werden. -

Störungen und Abhilfe Einwintern des EWT in frostfreien Räumen Eingriffe an technischen Anlagen durch unkundige Personen können zu Verletzun- gen und zu Sachbeschädigung führen. Bei Stillegung in frostfreien Räumen muß der Elektro-Wärmetauscher komplett mit Wasser gefüllt oder komplett entleert sein. Einwintern des EWT in frostgefährdeten Räumen Die sachgerechte Überwinterung ohne Frostschäden ist bei Beachten der folgenden Arbeitsschritte möglich. -
