PROBLEM
The tool did not work even
after the trigger had been
pressed.
The tool runs slowly or has
loss of power.
The air was leaking.
The tool worked before
the trigger was pressed.
The tool could not run.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
CAUSE
The air hose was not
connected properly.
There was no pressure with
the air supply.
The operating pressure was
too low.
The air inlet is blocked.
The air connection was
leaking.
The O-Ring was damaged.
The O-Ring was damaged.
The part #4 was broken.

REMEDY
Check if the tool is connected
with air hose correctly &
completely.
Check if the air valve is
opened.
Adjust the operating pressure
to 90 PSI.
Clean up.
Tighten the fitting or use the
tape seal.
Replace the parts #3-1 & 5.
Replace the parts #2 & 3-1.
Disassemble #6 to replace #4.
