• Attendance Detail Report
The last step of the wizard is to create a detailed report of
assistance records, whether for an employee or a department. In
addition, you can print or generate a spreadsheet with the data
downloaded from the time clock.
Start by selecting if you want to search by person or by department.
This is done through the tabs at the top of the right side of the win-
dow. Once done, look for the person or department and select it.
On the right side you will find the necessary options to set the time
interval that you want to display in the report.
Once you have selected the parameters you want, click
"Preview"
to display the report. Use the "Print" to print it or
"Excel" button to create a spreadsheet with the data.
