TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault phenomenon
As the heating lamp is light and
the footswitch is pressed, the
pressure bar is not moved down
Press the foot switch and move
the pressure bar down. Move up
the pressure bar immediately
after loosening the foot switch.
Sealing stops running，the
heating light extinguishes，
Cause analysis
The footswitch is out of work
The upper sensor
Misplacing retraction gas nozzle
sensor to the gas nibble in
vacuum
Misplacing front-pushed air
nozzle sensor to the gas nibble in
vacuum
The middle sensor
Start the sensor
Solution
Check if the cis position signal
is slight when pressing the
footswitch (if not, please replace
the switch.)
Check if the sensor switch is
slight.
Check if the sensor switch is
slight.
When you select a vacuum state
and turn on the footswitch, then
put the gas nozzle forward and
check whether "cis" position
signal is lightning.
When the sponge touch bag and
is in a preparing contact state,
check if "cis" position signal is
lightning.
Check if the cis position signal is
bright when starting heating.
