FOR PRODUCT RETURNS:
All product returns must complete the following steps.
(1) Contact dormakaba Customer Service at 1-855-365-2407 to initiate the product return process.
(2) Remove the product battery prior to shipping and dispose of in accordance with local, state, or federal
regulatory requirements. Do not ship batteries to dormakaba USA Inc.

CAUTION: Install a new CR2477 lithium battery from the list of suppliers recommended by BEST. Not all
CR2477 lithium batteries are dimensionally and electrically compatible.
CAUTION: Danger of explosion if the lithium battery is incorrectly installed. Only install a
