- A timer (upper knob) allows you to program the time at the end before the
appliance stop working automatically. The maximum programmable time is 120
minutes.
- A thermostat (bottom knob) allows you to set the temperature from high (High)
to low (Low)
Hints for cooking
Condensation will drip from the upper basket into the lower basket. So
make sure the flavours go well together.
Stir large amounts half way through cooking.
Smaller amounts cook faster than larger amounts.
Similar-sized pieces of food cook evenly.
Like a conventional oven, you can add food as you go along. If something
needs less time, add it later.
If you lift the lid, steam will escape and cooking will take longer.
If your food's not cooked enough, reset the time. You may need to top up
with water.

It consists of two parts:

- An upper part, the Couscous steaming tray (3): a container having a base with
holes to let steam from the bowel to the cook couscous.
Connect the equipment into an outlet.
To start cooking, first turn the timer knob in the direction of clockwise. The orange
LED lights. Then adjust the cooking using the thermostat.
Once cooked, turn the thermostat to the "off" position (Off) and remove the power
plug.
Note: You can also use the device as a conventional steamer, without Couscous
