Problem
The kettle is not turn-

Cleaning and Maintenance

Before cleaning, turn off the kettle and disconnect from the power outlet. Always
disconnect the kettle and let it cool completely before cleaning. Clean the
outside of the kettle with a damp sponge or cloth

Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers to clean the kettle.
