Install the damper on the loading frame.
Step 5: Bicycle holder
Remove the screw from the bicycle holder and
remove the spindle.
Place the bicycle holder
on the loading frame,
reinsert the spindle and
tighten it.
Step 4: Damper
Finally, attach the
safety flag to the
loading frame.
