We show in these diagrams the complete assembly of the solar tube panel.
It is possible that this process is easier done in three phases:
1. Assembly of the frame.
2. Fitting the frame to the roof.
3. Fitting the tubes to the fixed frame.
Prior to assembly, the roof fixing positions should be determined and if required additional roof
supports must be fitted using suitably treated wood in positions exposed to the weather.
Fit the longitudinal supports to the manifold and the cross rail using the bolts and clamps as
shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 to form a chassis similar to the one shown in Fig. 4.
The positions of the longitudinal supports must be within the dimensions shown in fig. 4, parallel
and not less than 350 mm from either side.

CAUTION: To ensure the rigidity of the structure
to check that all bolts are tightened!
