Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow these instructions is not covered. Save your receipt/invoice
– a copy is required for all warranty work. It's also a good idea to save all packaging from your
Xtrasun purchase. This will provide an excellent and protective housing, should you need to
send the Xtrasun back, and may help guard against damage in the shipping process.
The Xtrasun reflector is guaranteed against defects in workmanship, electrical issues, or
materials to the original owner for one year from the date of purchase.
The reflective portions of the Xtrasun are protected under a five-year material warranty.
Call your place of purchase to receive a return authorization form for a faulty part.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
