Oil is supplied through one of the two optional end cap ports.
Connect the oil line to one port and plug one option in end cap
with pipe plug (Item 10).

COMMENT
Inlet Air Options
The inlet port may be connected to the line filtered engine
air or the the Haldex KN19040 air filter.
The Haldex inlet check valve SN3711AJ offers a low cost
method to reduce the nominal unloader horsepower (as
compared to a clutch).
The inlet check valve can also be used to reduce oil
passage. It should be used on vehicles with a history of
excessive oil consumption due to higher than normal inlet
or crankcase vacuum, crankcase pressure, etc.
Check for Restrictions
If the discharge line is reused and is clogged, dented or
kinked, the replacement compressor cannot perform to
maximum capacity. By using the KN17500 Flexible
Discharge Line Kit (Item 9) the installer will be able to
check the remaining length for restrictions.
