TURN OFF AND UNPLUG TOOL BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MOVE IT, make any adjustments, or removing or installing attachments or accessories.
DON'T USE IN DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT. Don't use power tools in damp or wet locations, or expose them to rain. Keep work area well-lighted. Always
operate tool in a well-ventilated area free of combustible materials, gasoline, or solvent vapors. If sparks come in contact with flammable vapors, they may ignite,
causing fire or explosion.
NEVER MAKE ANY CROSSCUT UNLESS THE MATERIAL IS POSITIONED FLAT ON THE TABLE AND AGAINST THE MITER GAUGE FENCE. PERSONAL
INJURY MAY RESULT.
Never use rip fence as length stop when crosscutting. Unsupported cut-off piece between blade and rip fence may bind blade and cause personal injury.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE MITER GAUGE
1. Insert the telescoping scale (A) into the housing (B) Fig. 1. Align the 0° mark with the end of the outer housing. Tighten the clamp (A) Fig. 2.
2. Loosen the thumb screws (A) Fig. 3. Slide the miter fence (A) Fig. 4 on the fence glide (B). Tighten thumb screws (A) Fig. 5.
3. Insert the workpiece clamp (A) Fig. 6 in the miter gauge. The flat should be facing the miter gauge.
4. Insert the miter gauge assembly into one of the t-slots in the table (Fig. 7).
HOW TO USE THE MITER GAUGE
How to adjust the miter gauge angle.
Loosen the thumb screw (A) Fig. 2. Align the mark on telescoping scale (B) with the end of the housing (C). Tighten thumb screw (A).
How to use the angle detent system.
Press the detent button (C) Fig. 1 in, and move the telescoping scale in or out until the detent button inserts itself in the next detent setting.
How to adjust the miter gauge.
Loosen the thumb screw (A) Fig. 2. Press and hold the detent button (C) Fig. 1 on the bottom of the housing. Slide the telescoping scale into the housing until the desired detent
catches. Tighten the thumb screw (A).
How to calibrate the miter gauge

Set the miter gauge to 0
using the detent system. Loosen eccentric lock screw located inside the housing. Use the supplied hex key to turn the eccentric to adjust gauge to true

using a calibration square. Tighten the eccentric lock screw.
How to reverse the miter gauge.
Loosen the thumb screws (A) Fig. 5 and remove miter fence (B). Slide telescoping scale (A) Fig. 1 out of housing (B). Rotate housing and fence base to opposite side (Fig. 9). Slide
the telescoping scale back into housing and tighten thumb screw. Remove the two thumb screws (A) Fig. 9 and the fence glide (B). Install the screws and glide on the opposite side
to accept the fence. Reinstall the miter fence (E). Tighten the thumb screws (A).
How to adjust the miter gauge slide.
If your miter gauge does not fit snugly into the saw table miter gauge slot, use the three expansion slots located inside the miter gauge slot to make small adjustments to the
width of the slider. Turn the set screws clockwise to expand the slot and add tension to the fit of the slider in the saw table miter gauge slot.
