Corrective Action
Press down the product on/off switch button for
3 s
Product will not operate until temperature is within
limits (refer to specification), let product cool
down or warm up
Insert load plug fully into the product outlet socket
Reduce load from the outlet sockets and reset the
overload switch.
If this activates in rain: dry out the outlet socket and
restart the product.
Reduce load from the output sockets and reset the
overload switch
If two outlet sockets are loaded: connect one prod-
uct after the other in at least 3 minutes interval
Remove damaged product from the output socket
and reset the overload switch
Replace faulty product cable
Replace product
Corrective Action
Replace mains power cable or blown fuse (UK 13 A
adapter)
Use the specified power cable
Insert mains plug fully into the mains input socket
Reset the RCD or MCB
Remove any extension cable used and charge the
product using the wall socket
Check that the supply voltage is within
220 – 240 V
Product will not charge until temperature is within
limits (refer to specification), let product cool
down or warm up
Reduce load from the outlet sockets and reset the
overload switch.
If this activates in rain: dry out the outlet socket and
restart the product.
Insert load plug fully into the product outlet socket
Plug in mains to charge the product.
Replace product
Reduce load from the outlet socket (above 1000 W
load will slow down the charging rate)
