The Sparger offers the perfect solution to heating up large amounts of sparge water for use with
the Bulldog Brewer.

1. Read all instructions carefully before use!
2. Always unplug the Sparger before cleaning and after use.
3. Before first using the Sparger, check that the voltage marked on Sparger is correct.
4. Do not connect the Sparger if the cord or plug is damaged. Use only earthed socket.
6. Always switch off before removing plug from the outlet.
7. Unplug unit after use. Unplug and allow cooling down before moving it or cleaning it.
8. Do not attempt to move Sparger if more than 5-10L water, that could cause injury or strain.
9. Place the Sparger on a horizontal surface, away from table edges, any hot surfaces or open fire.
Always consider the risk of accidental leaks when choosing where to place the unit.
10. Do not use the Sparger outdoors or near unsupervised children.
11. Do not switch on the Sparger, if the water tank is empty.
13. Do not allow cord to touch hot surface of the Sparger.
14. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse Sparger in water.
15. Do not overfill the Sparger with water as it will expand when heated up.
16. Improper use of the Sparger may result in severe scalding.
17. Beware of hot steam when removing the lid
18. Always ensure the lid is securely fitted whenever the Sparger contains water
19. Do not turn on or use Sparger when the water level is at or below the Min level.
20. Do not turn on the Sparger when the water level is above the Max level.
21. If filled to near Max level, set it to max 95°C to avoid boiling over.
22. If the Sparger should boil dry there is an overheat cut-out which can automatically reset. How-
ever repeated overheating will eventually damage the heating element.
24. Do not attempt to disassemble the Sparger. This would void your warranty.
25. This appliance may be used by persons of reduced physical, sensory or mental capability, or
lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concern-
ing the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
