6 ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

The connectors assembly procedure can be done
as follows:
1. Cable preparation:
2. First pass the tail and retention rings thru the cable.
Push the compressed baffle ring into the cable,
pushing back the shielding in order to guarantee it
doesn't short the central pin, as shown in figure below:
3. Place the rubber clamp in front of the baffle ring. Using
a hexagonal crimping tool, crimp the central pin to the
cable:
4. Insert the crimped pin into the connector frame until
locking it. Push the rubber clamp over the central
pin and the waterproof baffle ring against the rubber
clamp.
NOTE!
Be sure to follow all the previous steps and
match the correct connector color to his
function before inserting the central pin to the
connector frame.
