Orien USA, L.L.C., warrants this product to be free from defects in materi als an d workman
ship for a per iod of o ne year from the date of the orig inal pu rchase or delivery. Orien also
warrants the compressor for an additional 4 years with a Parts-only warranty* (no Labor after first
year). Any parts that are deter mined to be defective will be replaced or repaired, at its sol e
discretion, by Orien at no charge as long as it has be en determined that the unit was operated in
accordance with the instructions attached or furnished with the product. If the un it proves to b e de
fective, your first course of action should be to follow the retailer's return policy.
Th is warranty covers units only in the continental United States and does not cover the following:
•
Damage from im proper voltage or installation
•
Damage in shipping
•
Defects other than manufacturing de fects
•
Any insta llation expenses that may b e incurred
•
Glass, trim or light bulb
•
La bor or repairs after the initial 12-month period
•
Damage from ab use, misuse, accide nt, alte ration or lack of proper care or
ma intena nce
•
Improper or incorrectly performed maintena nce or repairs
•
Use of parts not recommende d by Orien USA, L.L.C.
•
Damage due to acts of God.
* Orien will furnish compressor parts, including compressor, overload, relay and dryer for a
period of 5 yea rs from date of purchase by original purchaser.
Th is limit ed warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty
do es not cover incidental or c onsequential damages. Some States d o not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
ap ply to you.
Th is warranty p rovides you with specific legal rights and you may have other rights which var y
fro m State to State. Consult the written materials accompanying your product for the s afe an d
proper operation.

When service is required, have o n hand the Model a nd Serial numbers found o n the rating label
on the ba ck of the unit, as well as proof of purchase such as a sales or gift re ceipt.
