6 months: the first milk tooth appears
It's not a waste of time to look after them just because they're all
going to fall out eventually!
Good hygiene prevents decay.
If the milk teeth fall out too soon, this might affect the position of
the other teeth.

Designed to be held firmly by tiny hands. Make
sure you use only a toothpaste specially for the 1
milk teeth, with an appropriate fluoride content (500ppm).
Brush once a day, in the evening at bedtime. Use gentle move-
ments, from gums to teeth.
Use the "milk teeth 6 months and over" brush head with soft nylon
bristles, which cleans gently with a light, controlled vibration.
The brush stops automatically after 2 minutes.
Your baby's gums are more sensitive when his teeth are erupting.
Don't brush too hard. There is no need to rinse his mouth with lots
of water.
Encourage baby to hold the brush and make the brushing move-
ments himself, as he's trying to imitate your gestures!
Rinse the brush thoroughly after use. Change the brush head every
3 months or as soon as the bristles are flattened.
