Section 3 - Warnings
WARNINGS
Prevent serious injury or death:
• Never leave child unattended.
• Always use the restraint system until the child is able to climb in
and out of the product unassisted. The restraint system is not
intended to be used for older children that can climb into the product
on their own.
• Never use for a child able to sit up unassisted.
• This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
• FALL HAZARD: Child's activity may move rocker. Use only on floor.
• Always place on the floor. Never use on any elevated surface.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Never use on a soft surface (bed, crib,
sofa, cushion), as seat may tip over and cause suffocation.
• If using toy bar, the toy bar is not a carry handle. Never use toy bar to
lift or carry rocker.
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in
serious injury or death.
• Never leave child unattended.
• FALL HAZARD - to help prevent falls, do not use this product
when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has
reached 20 lbs., whichever comes first.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and side of the bassinet/cradle, and
• On soft bedding.
• Use only the pad provided by the manufacturer. NEVER add a
pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise
advised by your physician.
• If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the
manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of mattress.
Always use on the floor when not used as an accessory to another product.
Never use in a crib, in other contained areas or on the floor next to
other vertical surfaces (i.e. walls and dressers)
Always secure the harness.
Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string
around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
Do not suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.

WARNINGS

BATTERY WARNINGS:

• Keep all batteries away from children.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire, they may explode.
• Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• If using rechargeable batteries, remove from unit before recharging.
• Recharging should only be done under adult supervision.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended
are to be used.
• The supply terminals are not to be shorted.
To avoid battery leakage:
• Be sure to position + and – symbols as indicated in battery
compartment.
• Never mix old and new batteries, rechargeable (nickel-cadmium)
and non-rechargeable batteries, or standard (carbon-zinc) with
alkaline batteries.
• Always remove exhausted batteries from product.
• Never use a screwdriver or any metal tool to pry batteries from
compartment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference. And (2) This device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
