Charging the lead-acid battery
The quick-start system can be charged with the power supply unit (13) included or via a 12 V
car battery. We recommend that you fully charge the battery of the quick-start system after
every use.
The charging time depends on the charge level of the battery or the number of previous start
assistance processes.
Press the main switch (5) to check the battery level. The number of lit LED (4) indicates the
battery level:
1 LED on
-
2 LEDs on

Charging with the charging cable
1. Insert the plug of the charging cable into the charging socket (2) on the front of the quick-
start system.
2. Connect the power supply unit (13) with a 230V~/ 50Hz socket.
3. Allow the quick-start system to charge for approx. 12 hours. The charging process is
indicated via flashing LEDs (4).
4. Once all three LEDs (4) are lit up constantly, the battery is completely charged.
Charging via car battery
Warning: With this method, you cannot reach the same voltage as with the charging cable.

your vehicle.
2. Insert the small plug on the other end of the charging cable into the charging socket (2) of
