Fitting instructions

The fitting instructions in pictures can be found on the fold-over
page at the beginning of the brochure.
The clavicle support should be worn day and night. It must be
put on and taken off by a doctor, or done by the patient after
consulting his/her doctor. The consequence may otherwise be a
malposition of the bone and healing problems.

To put on the support, open both clip closures and undo the straps. The
support is placed around the shoulders in such a way that the rectangu-
lar padding is on the patient's back and the closures are facing downwards.

The straps are then pulled beneath the armpits towards the back. The belt
on the healthy shoulder side must be secured first by pulling the strap
through the clip fastener from behind and closing the fastener. Then the
strap on the injured shoulder is secured in the same way. In order to sub-
sequently adjust the straps to achieve optimum tightness, both clip fasten-
ers must be opened and the straps adjusted as required. Then the closures
should be securely fastened.

The Dynamics clavicle support im-
mobilises the pectoral girdle after a broken
collar bone. Wide shoulder straps and soft,
extensive back padding provide comfortable
support without causing constriction nor
pressure points. Simple clip closures facilit-
ate putting on the support.

– The initial adjustment and strap-
ping on of the product must be
carried out by qualified specialist
staff.
– Wear the product directly on
your skin. If it has to be worn in
combination with other products,
please discuss this with your doc-
tor beforehand.
– If you experience an unpleasant
sensation, intense pain or any
other problem when wearing the
product, then contact your doctor
or specialist supplier immediately.
