Apogee™ GTZ / Socket 1366 hold-down plate installation guide
Step 1
Loosen & remove the 4 socket head
screws using the allen wrench provided with your
Apogee™ GTZ

Step 4
Remove and set aside the socket 775
hold-down plate

Step 7
Fasten the hold-down plate assembly to
the Apogee™ GTZ water-block

Step 2
Lift the hold-down plate screw-spring
assembly, and set the Apogee™ GTZ aside

Step 5
Place the existing screw-spring
assemblies into the socket 1366 hold-down plate
mounting holes
Mettez les vis à ressort dans les trous
de montage de la plaque socket 1366.
Inserte los tornillos con resorte en los
orificios de montaje de la placa para socket 1366.
Step 8
Peel-off the protective paper from all
four foam strips, and apply the back-plate against
the back of the motherboard. Perfect centering
can be achieved by slightly pushing one of the
plate standoffs into a motherboard hole, then by
squaring off the plate with the opposite hole.

fasten the Apogee™ GTZ to the motherboard by
gradually tightening all four screws in a cross
pattern until they bottom out.
