Push [¢] or [£] to input your height. Confirm the data by
pushing the 'set' button.

Push [¢] or [£] to input your age. Confirm the data by pushing
the 'set' button.

Push [¢] or [£] to select your sex. Confirm this choice by
pushing the 'set' button.
If you do not confirm the data by pushing the 'set' button, the scales will

show the next menu 5 seconds after you have input the last data.

All data you have input will appear on the display.

As soon as the indication 0.0 kg stops blinking, you can step
onto the scales.

The scales first show your weight and then your fat
percentage. Next the fat indicator appears showing your fat
percentage in relation to the recommended percentage.

The scales will switch off automatically.

Using the memory function

If you want to measure your fat percentage regularly, it is more
convenient to store your data (height, age and sex) in one of the four
memories. In this way you avoid having to input your data again each
time you want to measure you fat percentage.

Push the 'set' button to activate the body fat indicator function.
The display will go on and a cursor appears below the setting 'free'.
