Ref: Personal Harbor Electrical Wiring Schematic (V-3.5) Please see
drawings and schematics in this assembly direction.
The electrical drawing illustrates the wiring diagram for Personal Harbor.
There are several key items that should be noted:
1.
The wiring design is an eight (8) wire system. The eight wires provide
three (3) separate electrical circuits within the Personal Harbor, with each
circuit having a its own hot and its own neutral wires. Or, in other words, a
conventional single phase circuit.

Circuits #2 and #3 share the same ground wire (green), which is also the
system frame ground. Circuit #1, is a single phase circuit, and has its own
ground wire (green/yellow) which could serve as an isolated ground circuit
when properly connected to electrical distribution center.

Circuit #1 (Line #1 on the drawing) has one duplex outlet at the bottom of
the totem. This 20 amp. circuit can be used as an isolated ground circuit by
customers with this type of electronic equipment need.Circuit #2 (Line #2)
has two duplex outlets at the bottom of the totem for general electrical
loads, as well as one outlet above the fixed shelf to support the power needs
for devices like phones requiring local power for operation. Circuit #3 (Line
#3) is primarily for the operation of the fan, lights and occupancy sensor.

The electrical circuits are terminated in junction boxes, one located at
the bottom of the totem, the other at the top of the structure. The electrical
installer is responsible for supplying all associated material for connection
of building power supply to the Person al Harbor at the bottom or the top. At
the bottom flex-conduit is required to connect to a floor monument or wall
outlet. At the top, conduit or flexible conduit is required to connect to ceiling
distribution systems.

Phone, FAX and data cables are routed in the left side of the totem in a
channel fully separated from the 120 volt electrical system.
