Disposal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No 49 of 14 March
2014. "Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU
on waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE)"
The symbol of a crossed-out bin shown on the
device indicates that the product must be col-
lected separately from other waste at the end
of its useful life.
At the end of its life, users must therefore give
the entire device together with its essential
components to appropriate recycling centres for
electrical and electronic waste, or return it to the
retailer when they purchase a new equivalent
device, as a like-for-like exchange or take-back
for devices with a largest edge of under 25 cm.
Appropriate separate collection for subsequently
sending the old device for recycling, processing
and compatible environmental disposal helps pre-
vent possible negative effects on the environment
and public health and encourages recycling of the
device's materials.
If the user disposes of the product illegally,
administrative penalties shall apply according
to the local laws and regulations in each country.
The product works with batteries that fall within,
among others, European Directive 2013/56/EU
and which cannot be disposed of with general
household waste. Find out more about local regu-
