Remove fascia screws – Remove (2) screws using 7mm socket attaching lower
rear fascia to vehicle. Note: Trimming ¼" from the vehicle forward edge of fascia
tabs may ease installation.
Reinstall exhaust hanger bracket on hitch bracket using (2) supplied M10 x
60mm bolts and (1) 1541 spacer as shown in Figure 1.

Install hitch – Raise the hitch into position (Note: Working the hitch up and
around the exhaust and exhaust brackets) and attach with (2) 7/16" conical
washers (teeth side toward hitch) and (2) 7/16" nuts, finger tight.
Tighten all 7/16" fasteners with torque wrench to 50 Lb.-Ft. (68 N*M).
Tighten all M10 fasteners with torque wrench to 42 Lb.-Ft. (57 N*M).
both sides .
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
