PLAYBACK CONTROL

During the playback of a song, you can use the direction button in
order to control the playback in the following ways:
Press the center button in order to begin playback or to pause
playback.
Move it to the right or left in order to advance or return a track
respectively.
Keep it pressed to the right or left in order to fast forward or rewind
the track respectively.
The control wheel can also be used to adjust the volume level.
PLAYBACK OF SONGS FROM A FLASH DRIVE OR SD
Your music center can play songs from a USB device or SD card.
In order to play songs, follow these procedures:
1. If you are using a USB device, insert the connector in the USB
port located on the top of the music center.
2. If you are using an SD card, locate the SD card slot on the top of
the music center and insert the card as shown on the icon.
3. Press the SOURCE button until the screen displays the device
you are going to use (SD Card or Player)
4. Once the desired option has been selected, the music
center will begin to read it. The screen will display "Building Music
Library" and "Loading"
5. After updating the system, the playback menu will appear on the
screen.
6. Consult the search and playback section in order to begin play-
back.

COPYING SONGS FROM THE MUSIC CENTER TO A

PORTABLE DEVICE
This function allows you to transfer songs contained within your
music center to a portable device such as SD cards or fl ash drives.
The music center will detect the capacity of your portable device and
will then proceed to copy the songs found on your music center
1. In order to begin copying, make sure that the SD card or fl ash
drive is connected to your music center
2. Press the fi ll-it-up button once. The screen will display
"Processing"
3. The copying process will begin.
4. The screen will display the name of the song being copied and
the kilobytes being copied.
5. If you wish to stop the process, press the center button on the
control wheel.
6. When the SD card or fl ash drive is full, the music center will
automatically exit copying mode and the screen will display the
playback menu.

USING THE SMART MENU IN CARD MODE OR USB
DEVICE MODE
In card, music, or player mode, you can press the smart menu
button. The screen will display the following options:
Copy HDD
The fi ll option allows you to learn how much space is available on
your card or USB device.
The copy HDD option allows you to copy the fi les from the card or
USB device onto the hard drive.
