13. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in
a heated oven.
14. CAUTION: To prevent the kettle from overturning, and to
prevent damage
to property or injury, always position the power base on
a stable, level surface, out of the reach of children.
15. To disconnect, lift the ON/OFF switch to OFF position,
then remove plug from wall outlet.
16. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
17. Be certain lid is secured in place before operating
appliance. Scalding may occur if the lid is opened during
heating.
18. Never use the kettle if the body or handle shows any
signs of cracks or damage.
19. Always ensure the lid is closed and do not lift it while the
water is boiling. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed
during the brewing cycles.
20. Do not move the unit while the kettle is switched on.
