Use

WARNING!
Risk of personal injury.
Only properly trained personnel are allowed to use this vacuum cleaner.
Do not use vacuum cleaner to collect material that is caustic, hot, explosive,
highly flammable, chemically unstable, spontaneously ignitable, or which
can release sparks.
Do not use if the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C.
Do not place or use the vacuum cleaner on an uneven or sloping surface.
Make sure all parts and modules are securely fastened before use. See
figure 14.
Do not use the compressed air hose with a divided machine.
Do not use the compressed air hose to pull the vacuum cleaner. It can tip
over.
For adjustable frames, do not make any height adjustments when the silo is
filled with material.
Use a forklift to transport vacuum cleaners with a stand or trolley, unless
the vacuum cleaner is equipped with eye bolts.
Always use proper lifting equipment when using lifting lugs to lift vacuum
cleaners.
Always use proper protective equipment such as safety shoes and hearing
protection.
Do not expose the body to vacuum inlets when operating the unit.
Always make sure ball valve is closed before checking the vacuum cleaner.

CAUTION!
Risk of equipment damage.
Make sure compressed air pressure is between 6 and 8 bar.
Turn off vacuum cleaner if liquid or foam escapes from it.
If wet material is to be vacuumed, use a float ball and filter designed for
that purpose.
Make sure the manual discharge valve is closed before starting the vacuum
cleaner. It cannot be accessed during operation.

Vacuuming

1.
Connect the compressed air hose to the ejector top. See figure 1.
WARNING!
Risk of personal injury.
Secure compressed air hose with a cotter pin and safety chain before use,
see Figure 1(A).
2.
Open ball valve on ejector top to start vacuuming, see Figure 1(C).
NOTE! Clean the filter after each use.
NOTE! When the filter is clogged or the pre-separator is full, suction
power is reduced. Clean the filter and empty the pre-separator. See
Section 6 Maintenance.
