- Before plugging in the appliance, check that the voltage indicated on the label on the bottom of the
appliance matches the mains voltage.
- Combustible fuels of clay or similar should not be used with this appliance.
- Keep the power cord away from any hot surfaces.
- Never leave the appliance unattended.
- This appliance is not designed to prepare food other than sandwich.
- Once the cooking surface has cooled down, always clean the appliance after use.
- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Never use sharp or abrasive objects on the cooking surface, as they may damage the non-stick surface.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using the appliance for the first time, wipe the cooking surface with a damp cloth and dry it with a dry
cloth, paper, etc. Then pour a few drops of oil or butter onto the surface and plug in the appliance to preheat
the surface for 5-10 minutes.
This operation is only necessary the first time, it is not necessary to repeat it every time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. After cleaning the surface, plug in the appliance. The red light will turn on while the surface is preheated.
2. Close the lid with nothing inside, while heating the surface and preparing the sandwich.
3. When you are at the correct temperature point, the red light will turn off.
4. Put the sandwich inside and close the lid with the lock.
5. During toasting, do not open the top cover by interrupting the cooking time.
6. The cooking time is about 6 ~ 8 minutes and will vary according to the composition of the dough. When it
is ready, the green light will turn on.
7. Use wood or plastic tools (such as a small spoon) to remove the product. Sharp and hard metal tools
should not be used.
8. After use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool.
CLEANING
- Always unplug the appliance to clean it.
- Allow the cooking surface to cool before cleaning.
- Remove excess oil using a paper towel.
- For food scraps use a plastic or wood tool. Do not use metallic or sharp elements.
- Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaners as they may damage the non-stick cooking surface.
- You should use a sponge or a soft, damp cloth.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids, or rinse it under the tap.
- You can clean the device from the outside with a damp cloth.
