Moisture in the hearing aid due to sweating leads to an early wear out of the high-quality electronics.
The Cedis drying cushion dries hearing aids and earmolds – easily and reliably. Thus, life expectancy of
your hearing aid is considerably increased.
Easy and uncomplicated: Before drying, please remove the battery from your hearing aid. Put device and
earmold into the bag. To reach a fast and effective drying, open the battery compartment. Connect the
drying cushion with the electric mains. Drying time is approx. 1 hour. The Cedis drying cushion can
remain switched on during the night as current consumption is very low.
Note: The drying cushion may not be covered as long as it is connected to the electric mains. Do not fold
or bend the cushion.
Guarantee: 2 years from date of purchase if used properly. Please enclose sales receipt.
Technical description:
Heating pad: CE-tested, voltage 12 volt / performance absorption 4 watt, Temperature control at 60 °C /
140 °F (± 10 °C / 50 °F).
Cloth cover: 100 % polyamid. The cloth cover is washable at 30 °C / 86 °F. Please remove the heating pad
carefully before washing the cloth cover. Open the zipper, remove the heating pad from the cloth cover
and close the zipper again. Please note the care instructions at the inside of the cloth cover.
Attention: Only to be used for the drying of hearing aids and earmolds! Do not fold, bend, cover, damage
surface or use in water!
Connecting line of this device cannot be replaced. If connecting line is damaged, device must be scrapped.
Drying cushion must be tested if there are signs of wear or damage. If this is the case or if the drying
cushion has been used improperly, it must be returned to the dealer before reuse. This device is exclusively
for domestic use and not for medical purposes.
