MODE D'EMPLOI
1)
Insérer le câble dans la tête d'équilibrage suivant croquis 1 à 3.
2)
En position libre, élingue détendue (croquis 3) : le câble circule autour du tube (4) de la tête
d'équilibrage, ce qui permet de déplacer la tête d'équilibrage pour la mettre en position au-
dessus du centre de gravité supposé de la pièce à lever.
3)
Suspendre l'ensemble tête d'équilibrage + élingue à l'appareil de levage.
4)
Accrocher les brins d'élingue à la pièce à lever.
5)
Effectuer la recherche du centre de gravité : Déplacer la tête d'équilibrage pour la mettre en
position au dessus du centre de gravité supposé de la pièce à lever.
6)
Effectuer le levage. Durant celui-ci l'élingue câble se bloque autour du tube (4) de la tête
d'équilibrage, grâce au tour mort de l'élingue (croquis 4).
7)
Si le déséquilibre est trop important, reposer la pièce, et relâcher suffisamment l'élingue afin
de libérer la tension autour du tube (4) de la tête d'équilibrage.
8)
Recommencer à partir de l'opération n°5, jusqu'à la détermination de la position au dessus du
centre de gravité de la pièce.
9)
Une fois cette position trouvée, le déplacement de la pièce peut être réalisé.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1)
Thread the rope into the load positioner as per sketches 1 to 3.
2)
In the free position, with the sling slackened (sketch 3) : the rope turns around the ring (4) of
the load positioner enabling the positioner to be moved in order to be placed in position
above the presumed centre of gravity of the part to be lifted.
3)
Hang the load positioner + sling to the lifting appliance.
4)
Fasten the legs of the sling to the part to be lifted.
5)
Look for the centre of gravity : move the load positioner to set it in the position above the
presumed centre of gravity above the part to be lifted.
6)
Perform the lifting operation whereby the rope sling locks around the ring (4) of the load
positioner by means of a full turn of the sling (sketch 4).
7)
If there is too much unbalance, put the part back down and slacken the sling to free the
tension around the ring (4) of the load positioner.
8)
Resume from operation n° 5 until the position above the centre of gravity of the part is
determined.
9)
Once this position has been found, the part can be moved.
