4. Station with previously fixed temperature.
(Only for users of the AC-A console).
Soldering iron out of support:
- If the dial is above the prefixed temperature, the
green light IN USE is lit the majority of the time,
switching off briefly at regular intervals.
- If the dial is below the prefixed temperature, the
green light IN USE is not lit the majority of the time,
lighting up briefly at regular intervals.
- If the dial is at the prefixed temperature, the green
light is permanently lit.
5. Temperature tool increase at the top end of the
scale. (Only for users of the AC-A console).
The console allows us to increase in a maximum
of 50ºC or 100º F the temperature of the tool when
the dial is placed at the top end of the scale and it
is shown with a quick flash of the led IN USE.
ERRORS
When the handpiece or the cartridge is in an open
circuit, the green light IN USE flashes with the
sequence
.
When the handpiece or the cartridge is in a short
circuit, the green light IN USE flashes with the
sequence
.
If any of the above mentioned causes is corrected,
the station will start working automatically.
When there is has been an excess of power supplied,
for example with very thick and repetitive solders,
the green and yellow lights will flash simultaneously.
To correct this error, the station should be turned off
to avoid overheating. When the temperature lowers,
turn the station on again.
AC-A console
The original regulation program parameters of
control unit can be modified using the AC 2600
console.
In order to connect an AC-A console to an BT, a
version 6.0 or above will be necessary.
Any lower version won't allow you to fix temperatures
above 370ºC (700ºF) and the sleep temperature will
be an 8% higher than the selected one.
Changes avalaible to perform:
- Fixing the the working temperature.
- Selection of temperature units in Celsius grades
-°C- or Fahrenheit -°F-.
- Modification of sleep temperatures and standby
times.
- Adjustment of temperature.
- Set the parameters back to the original
parameters.
- Read-out data:
Working hours.
Sleep cycles and sleep hours.
Cartridge and iron changes.
Program version.
