This policy guarantees the product for a period of one year in all its components and labor, against any manufacturing and operational defect, from the date of delivery.
TERMS
1.- To make the guarantee effective, present this policy or invoice, or proof and the product, in where it was purchased or in Electronic Steren S.A. of C.V.
2.- Electronic Steren S.A de C.V. agrees to repair the product if it is defective without any charge to the consumer. Transportation expenses will be covered by the provider.
3.- The repair time in no case will be greater than 30 days, counted from the receipt of the product in any of the places where the guarantee can be effective.
4.- The place where you can acquire parts, components, consumables and accessories, as well as valid this guarantee is in any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS POLICY WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1.- When the product has been used in conditions other than normal.
2.- When the product has not been operated in accordance with the instructions for use.
3.- When the product has been altered or repaired by personnel not authorized by Electronic Steren S.A. of C.V.
The consumer may request that the guarantee be made effective before the commercial house where he purchased the product. If this guarantee is lost, the consumer can resort to his supplier
to issue another policy, upon presentation of the purchase note or respective invoice.
