If for any reason the state icon of one or more camera stays grey, i.e. the NVR fails to connect to the camera, it probably
means that a password other than the default password (admin) is set on the camera. In this case, simply click on the
"green pencil" icon (highlighted below).
and change the camera password currently used by the NVR as shown below. Then press "OK" to confirm:
Now go back to the NVR channel list and press "Refresh" again to display the updated state icon of the modified
channels.
