6.2.2. Operation

Position the device under the vehicle or suspension part to be cleaned.
∙
Turn on the device main switch (rocker switch).
∙
Press the on / off mechanism and clean the vehicle or suspension part with the brush.
∙
By releasing the on / off mechanism, the pump turns off.
∙
Turn on the device main switch.

6.4. Personal protective equipment
When handling cleaning agents, protective clothing must be worn in accordance with the safety data sheet for the industrial cleaner used.
Solvent-resistant gloves, safety glasses and aprons must be used with all IBS-Special Cleaning Agents.
Glove material:

Gloves made from polychloroprene (CR), recommended material thickness: > 0.5 mm, max. breakthrough time: 4 hours
∙
Gloves made from nitrile rubber / nitrile latex (NBR), recommended material thickness: > 0.35 mm
∙
Gloves made from fluororubber (Viton) (FKM), recommended material thickness: > 0.4 mm
∙
Permeation rate / breakthrough time: > 8 hours (EN 374)
The exact breakthrough time must be ascertained from the protective glove manufacturer and must be observed. Protective gloves should
be replaced when they show the first signs of wear.
