Secure the return pipe (8) to one end of the drain on the tub (9) and with the other end of the 3/4" return connection.
∙
Insert the brush pipe (5) through the round rear wall opening (11) of the tub and plug in the cleaning brush (6).
Establish an electrical connection as follows:
∙
Connect the plug connection (7) to the right square tube spars with the pump motor. Secure the plug connection with the turnover
bracket (not necessary in the case of compressed air operation).
∙
Plug the mains plug (10) into the 230 V socket.
∙
Perform a function test.
6.2.2. Operation
∙
Place the workpiece to be cleaned on the support rack.
∙
Press the foot switch to turn the device on.
∙
Clean the workpiece with the brush.
∙
Release the foot switch to turn the pump off.
6.2.3. Changing the drum
∙
Detach the brush hose from the pump.
∙
Remove the return hose from the drum.
∙
Switch off the power supply to the pump.
∙
Pull the collecting tray (optional) out from under the IBS-Parts Cleaning Device.
∙
Remove the pump from the drum. Seal the drum with a 2" sealing cap for the drum body.
∙
Replace the drum and push the collecting tray back under the IBS-Parts Cleaning Device.
∙
Assembling the IBS-Special Pump (refer to section 6.2.1.).

6.4. Personal protective equipment
When handling cleaning agents, protective clothing must be worn in accordance with the safety data sheet for the industrial cleaner used.
Solvent-resistant gloves, safety glasses and aprons must be used with all IBS-Special Cleaning Agents.
Glove material:

Gloves made from polychloroprene (CR), recommended material thickness: > 0.5 mm, max. breakthrough time: 4 hours
∙
Gloves made from nitrile rubber / nitrile latex (NBR), recommended material thickness: > 0.35 mm
∙
Gloves made from fluororubber (Viton) (FKM), recommended material thickness: > 0.4 mm
∙
Permeation rate / breakthrough time: > 8 hours (EN 374)
The exact breakthrough time must be ascertained from the protective glove manufacturer and must be observed. Protective gloves should
be replaced when they show the first signs of wear.
