Unfold Play yard frame with floor
center up.
Step 5
Push down on center of floor
and lock into place.

Step 7 Play yard without bassinet
With mattress pad facing up, secure
6 Velcro straps to floor tabs.

With floor center UP lock all 4 side
rails.

Check play yard is locked and

PLAY YARD WITH BASSINET OPTION
• FALL HAZARD - To help prevent falls. do not use this product when the
infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached a weight
exceeding 15 lbs ( 6.8 kg.) whichever comes first.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD - Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and side of bassinet/cradle, and

• On soft bedding.
Use only the pad provided by manufacturer, NEVER add a pillow,
comforter, or other mattress for padding.
Before assembly remove child from
play yard.To prevent injury or death
ALWAYS remove child before you
assemble the bassinet option.
After assembly, check that all hooks,
zippers and securing straps are
securly attached and in place.

Mattress pad must be removed from
Play yard floor before installing
bassinet option.
Step 2
Secure 4 hooks to top rail. Attach
both zippers and cover with flaps.

Step 1
Slide tubes together.
