1.Attach wheels (10) to bottom plate (1) .

2.Connect and fix the 4 lower support (6) to the
bottom plate(1) and middle plate (3) with
screws (17).
3.Connect 4 upper supports (5) to the lower
supports (6) with screw (17),then fix the
upper plate (4) with screws (17).
