Check the battery power.
Connect the adaptor first, then check again.
If the tablet still fails to turn on after charging please
contact the supplier.
Power is too low, please charge.
Please check the volume level.
Check whether the music file is damaged. Try playing
another music file. If the file has been damaged it
may cause harsh noises or skipping.
Please check the connection between the computer
and the device.
Check if the memory is already full.
Check whether the USB cable is functioning correctly.
Check if the USB connection is disconnected.
