STEP 3 – GO FOR YOUR FIRST WORKOUT, OR SET UP YOUR FIRST TRAINING PROGRAM After you complete the setup and pair RADAR PACE with your smartphone and any external sensors, use RADAR PACE on a run or ride. These “freeform” workouts can be performed whenever you choose, and are not part of a training program. For optimum performance, fully charge RADAR PACE before storing for an extended period of time. Charging once every 2 to 3 months during extended storage is recommended.
