product pulling it from the cable or from the product itself. Do not add any type of
disinfectant into the nozzle, base or water tank.
Do not cover any opening of the unit or insert objects into any of them. The unit
should not be left unattended in close rooms, as air could become saturated and
leave condensation on walls and furniture.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be changed by manufacturer or by its service
agent or by a qualified person in order to avoid an hazard.
When cleaning inside the unit, keep water away from the air outlet. The exterior
parts may be wiped with a damp cloth (except for electrical controls) when the unit
is off. Do not tilt or turn the unit upside down or attempt to empty or fill it while
it is operating. Do not use any detergents to clean any parts containing water as
detergents dissolved in water, this can interfere with the correct functioning. The
nebulizer (ultrasonic transducer) is highly sensitive. Keep this important component
clean and treat it with care. Do not touch the nebulizer while unit is operating, as
possible burns could result. Do not touch the nebulizer with fingers. Any residues
on the metal will reduce mist output.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the water tank from the base and turn it upside down.Turn the filling cap counter clockwise. Fill the tank with clean, cool,
tap water or distilled water and screw the filling cap firmly. Place the water tank back on the unit and allow a few minutes for
the water to fill the reservoir. Note: too cold water may temporarily reduce the output; too hot water can damage the nebulizer
(ultrasonic transducer). Always position the product on a flat level and stable surface. Plug the product. Turn the instrument on with
the switch positioned on the back of the product.
The light indicator/relax light switches on, indicating that the humidifier is working. To set the vapour's volume only turn the
specific knob from the left to the right. When the humidifier is working it is important to keep the door open (see "notes about
humidity"). When the product is working in condition of full tank and maximal distribution of the vapour jet, it has an endurance
of about 12 hours. Thanks to the detector provided for the purpose, when the water in the tank has dried up, the product goes off
automatically and the red led goes on.
Pay attention: before filling the tank always switch the product off and unplug it.

CLEANING AND CARE

Before going on cleaning the product, put the switch on OFF position and unplug it. Never use detergents or aggressive sponges.
Before replacing the humidifier in its box always clean and dry it. If you will not use the humidifier for a period of time, drain any
water in the tank and clean the unit. Never dip the product into water and do not let the water to penetrate into the air inlet or into
other opening. After every utilization wash the tank and the distributor nozzle with warm water. Clean externally the product with
a soft cloth and/or with a non-aggressive
detergent. Attention: never dip the unit into water. To clean the tank, never use detergent that could damage the product. In case
of formation of limestone, to clean deeply the product it is suggested to fill the tank with vinegar diluted with water and let it work
for at least one hour, then rinse accurately.
To avoid growth of alga or bacteria it is suggested to not leave the product in water longer than one day.
NOTE ABOUT HUMIDITY
It is advisable to keep the humidity level at about 30 to 50%.Too dry air, caused by heating is harmful for the respiratory system.
Restoring the right degree of humidity helps to have a comfortable and healthy environment.
The humidity level will vary from room to room and according to the room conditions. In cold season, in windows and even in
walls you can find some fog or frost, because of the excessive indoor humidity. If this occurs, it is advisable to reduce the mist
intensity level. Too much humidity in the room may allow the growing on surfaces of bacteria and fungi. Collected moisture may
also damage furniture and walls, especially wallpaper. To avoid too much humidity, especially in a small room, leave the room door
open and adjust the mist intensity control to the correct level.
