NOTE: Pay close attention to the positioning of the parts in this step.

Fasten the BARS (L and M) to the BARS (K and N). Tighten eight
1/2" HEX HEAD SCREWS (11) using the L-WRENCH (5).

Fasten the CENTER BAR (P) to the FRONT BARS (O and Q).
Tighten four 1/2" HEX HEAD SCREWS (11) using the L-WRENCH (5).
