APPLICATION
Crankshaft setting pin
for setting the crankshaft to TDC position.
The bore hole dedicated to this purpose is located on the
inlet side below the starter.
Inlet camshaft setting tool
for setting the inlet camshaft
The correct setting has been reached, when the tool is
poised max. 0.5 mm above or resting on the cylinder
head without leaving a gap
Outlet camshaft setting tool with connecting bolt
for positioning the outlet camshaft
The correct setting has been reached, when the tool is
resting on the cylinder head without leaving a gap.
Timing chain pretensioning tool
for timing chain pretensioning after assembly.
Caution: please observe the manufacturer's torque
value. Pretensioning with a torque wrench is imperative.
Rotary sensor fixing tool
to fix the rotary sensors while tightening the rotary
sensor bolts.
Caution: the tool has to be screwed to the cylinder head
applying a torque of approx. 5 Nm before tightening the
rotary sensor bolts
