Before first use
Install microSD card according to icon, plug device to
USB port for a few hours to charge internal battery. When
charging is completed LED will be off.
Power on/power off
Press once Power button to power on the device. Press
and hold for 3 seconds to power off the device.
Whenever DC input is plugged in device will power on au-
tomatically, whenever DC input is plugged out device will
power off automatically.
Switching modes
Press Mode button to switch mode in following cycle:
[movie mode/still capture/playback/file explorer]
Menu operating
When device is not recording press Menu button, three
icons will appear: context menu, general settings, lan-
guage. Context menu depends on selected mode: movie/
still capture/playback/file explorer.
To enter option press OK button, to exit press Menu but-
ton again, to navigate use Up/Down button.
Language
select OSD menu language.
General settings:
Beep – sound of buttons [on/off ]
Power off – select time to power off the device during idle
time [off/1min/5min]
Clock Settings [enter current date and time]
Date format
TV system – AV output mode [PAL/NTSC]
HDMI output [1080i/720p]
Flicker – adjust accordingly to indoor lighting condition
power supply frequency [50Hz/60Hz]
USB function – how device is recognized when plugged
to PC computer [MSDC/PCCAM]
LCD rotate [yes/no]
LCD power save – turn LCD off [never/after 1min/after
5min]
Protect Level – this function can lock file automatically
when desired shock level will occur (i.e. during car acci-
dent). Locked file will not be deleted during cycle record-
ing. Available options: [disable/0/1/2/3/4] where [0] is for
little force, [4] is for larger force.
GPS status – check GPS signal
Time Zone Select
Reset setup – restore factory settings
Format SD-card
SD-card info – shows available space for recording mov-
ies in different qualities
