BLUETOOTH MODE
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Prior to using the Bluetooth function, your boombox should be paired first with your Bluetooth
device. ("Pairing" means establish connection between Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones,
tablets, pc, etc).
1.
Press the
/MODE button to switch to
Bluetooth mode
"bt"
.

In Bluetooth mode, a voice prompt will
announce Bluetooth pairing mode and the
"bt" will flash on the display.
The BLUETOOTH MODE INDICATOR will
appear on the top middle of the display.
And the boombox will search automatically
for Bluetooth devices.

Turn on the Bluetooth function on your
device and make it visible (see your
device's instructions to add or setup a
Bluetooth device).
Search for Bluetooth devices and select

Enter the code "0000" if needed.

If the devices are paired successfully, the
word "bt" will keep bright on the display,
and a prompt voice will notify that Bluetooth
device is connected.
Having paired successfully, the device will
connect automatically next time.

Bluetooth device.

PLAY FROM A BLUETOOTH DEVICE

AUX-IN MODE
AUXILIARY INPUT FUNCTION MODE
This unit can be used as an active speaker for
laptop computers, MP3 and other small audio
players following the steps below.
1.
Press the
/MODE button to turn on the unit.
2.
Press the
/MODE button repeatedly until
the "AUX" (auxiliary input) function mode
appears flashing on the display.
Once the auxiliary input mode has been
entered, the AUXILIARY INPUT MODE
INDICATOR will appear on the top right
of the display.
3.
Connect an auxiliary cable ended with a
3.5mm to the desired external audio device,
and connect the other end to the AUX IN
socket on the side of the unit.
4.
Start playback on the external audio device.
Adjust the volume on the external audio
device (do not set the volume to a high
level in order to avoid distortion). You may
also adjust the volume on the boombox. To
control playback function, use the controls
on the external audio device.
Note:
•
The boombox cannot access the contents
in the connected external device.
TIME SETTING
SETTING THE CURRENT TIME
This unit has a built in 24 hours format clock
function. Follow the below steps in order to set
the time.
1.
While the boombox is in standby mode,
press and hold the PROG/TIME button for
2 seconds.
The time 00:00 will appear flashing on
the display.

Turn the TUNING KNOB to the

Then the minutes digits on the display will
start flashing.
