Become familiar with the symbols before reading the manual:
This symbol signals dangers and behaviour that must absolutely be avoided
during use, maintenance, and in any situation that could cause serious injuries or
death.
This symbol signals provisions, rules, references, and communications that each
person appointed to use the cabinet (each accordingly to his responsibility) must
comply with during the entire lifetime of the cabinet (installation, use,
maintenance, dismantling, etc.).
2. Prohibitions and provisions
The Installation and User Manual should be read carefully so that the operator, in the
event of malfunction, is able to provide precise information to Technical Support.
Before carrying out any maintenance work on the cabinet, please ensure
that the electrical supply is disconnected.
These cabinets are designed for use only in closed environments.
Perform all the work manoeuvres with utmost attention (loading,
unloading, cleaning, counter service, maintenance, etc.) and when
performing the various operations, always apply the maximum diligence
and the necessary protection devices.
The cabinets have been designed and realised for the preservation and
display exclusively of cooked and pre-cooked food products. It is
therefore prohibited to introduce other types of goods different from
those indicated.
Check that the room temperatue and humidity values do not exceed those
specified. For this reason it is essential to always maintain the air-
conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems of the sales area at their
maximum efficiency.
Avoid having air currents or the output from the air conditioning system aimed
directly towards unit openings.
With the intervention of a specialized technician, eliminate any inconvenience
detected (loosened screws, burnt out lamps, etc.).
Dispose of water used for washing through the drains or purification system in
accordance with current legislation as this may come into contact with
pollutants due to the nature of the product, any residue, accidental breakages
of casing containing liquids and the use of non-permitted detergents.
Carry out all preventive maintenance operations punctually.
DO NOT use the cabinet barefoot
DO NOT touch the cabinet with wet or damp hands and feet.
DO NOT remove protective covers or panelling that require the use of tools to
remove them therefore DO NOT remove the electrical panel cover. These
operations must always be carried out by specialised technicians.
DO NOT obstruct the air inlet passages.
Limit the temperature of the irradiating surfaces that are present in the sales
area, for example, by insulating the ceilings.
IN CASE OF A GAS LEAK OR FIRE OUTBREAK
Do not stay in the room where the cabinet is located if it is not
appropriately ventilated. Disconnect the cabinet by acting on the main
switch upstream of the device.
DO NOT USE WATER TO EXTINGUISH THE FLAMES, BUT DRY
EXTINGUISHERS ONLY.
ANY OTHER USE NOT EXPLICITLY POINTED OUT IN THIS MANUAL MUST BE
CONSIDERED DANGEROUS. THE MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE DEEMED
RESPONSIBLE FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES STEMMING FROM AN IMPROPER,
INCORRECT, AND UNREASONABLE USE.
