Assembly and operating instructions
Safety precautions before use.
It is essential that you fully read and understand the instructions before
assembly and before you begin using your Log Buddy.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in personal injury or damage
to the product.
Please keep hold of this manual for future reference.
Always wear the correct clothing, boots, gloves, ear protection and eye
protection.
Observe the necessary safety precautions.
Always check that nuts and bolts are fully tightened and the Log Buddy is
assembled as per these instructions.
DO NOT USE IF ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT IS
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE.
Always read your chainsaw safety instructions before use.
Some logs can be heavy and logs over 25kgs should be a 2 man lift. Do not
exceed the specified log capacity of 150kg.
Always use flat ground when using your Log Buddy and always work in areas
that are clear of trip hazards.
After placing the log in to the Log Buddy, check stability and balance before
beginning a cut.
Always cut in a downward direction and ensure the chainsaw is resting on
the log.
Always keep children and bystanders at a safe distance when operating a
chainsaw in the Log Buddy.
