Warranty Conditions - fantozzi scale ACI SVEZIA Instrucciones Para La Instalación

1. The FANTOZZI ladders are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase,
proved by means of a fiscal purchase document. Failure to present this document will
invalidate the warranty.
2. The warranty is limited to the ladder components supplied by FANTOZZI and covers
replacement or repair free of charge of any component that proves to have manufacturing
defects. The warranty does not cover the labour costs for removal, repair and refitting of
defective components.
3. The defective product will be repaired at the facility of FANTOZZI. Transport from and to the
facility of the manufacturer shall be at the risk and expense of the purchaser.
4. Any operation and/or repair under warranty does not extend the terms of the warranty.
5. The material replaced under warranty is the exclusive property of FANTOZZI and must be
returned without further damage.
6. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and any damage caused by:
a. Failed or incorrect observance of the instructions provided in this manual.
b. Incorrect and improper use of the ladder.
c. Tampering with or failures caused by operations carried out by untrained persons.
d. Failure to carry out maintenance as specified in this manual.
e. Use of non-original accessories and/or spare parts that proved to be unsuitable.
f. Extraordinary events (accidents, fire, natural calamities, vandalism, accidents in general).
7. Where home service is required, the purchaser is obliged to pay the "fixed callout rate"
applicable on the date of the callout.
Do not expose the Iadder to Corrosive substances.
Do not install the Iadder in wet environment.
Do not wall the Iadder.
From time to time check the ladder's status and oil the joints.
Do not install the Iadder for inappropriate heights.
