1. Drill hole – Using a 2.5" hole saw drill through rear bumper cover at predefined dimple located in center of cover, see Figure 1. Insert (1) 3/4" flat washer ①, (1)
3/4" lockwasher ② and (1) 3/4" bolt ③ through the hole.
2. Feed (2) 1/2" carriage bolts ⑤ and (2) spacers ⑥ through access holes on both end of bumper beam cross member using the pull wires ⑨, see Figure-2.
Leave pull wires attached.
