PROBLEMS
Malfunction
The hose does not retract completely
The hose can't be locked in the unrolled
position

Cause
The hose could be dirty.
The hose is not unlatched.
The hose rell can't swivel on its bracket.
The wind-up spring could be broken.
The latching lever could be broken.
1 - Ratchet stop on
0 - Ratchet stop off
Corrective action
Wipe the hose off with a clean clothe and
some water or other non-solvent liquid.
Pull out the hose and let it retract back to the
hose reel.
Check the wall installation and make sure
there is suf cient space for the reel to move.
Have it checked by an after-sales service
agent.
